Truefire.com Return Policy?
TrueFire's refund policy and Satisfaction Guarantee are designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If a customer is dissatisfied with any item, they can contact TrueFire within 14 days of delivery for an exchange, credit, or refund of its purchase price. This guarantee is always in effect, regardless of the circumstances.
As for the shipping policy, all orders are shipped within 48 hours, excluding weekends, holidays, special promotions, and new course launches. Shipping is handled by USPS First Class for all US orders and USPS International for international orders.
